| The 2006 Scientific Conference of Sport Management in China was held at Beijing Sport University from December 15 to 18, 2006. It was jointly undertaken by Beijing Sport University,Branch of Sport Management, China Sports Science Society. At present, the conference is the only annual seminar of the national level in the field of sport management in China. |

| In July 2006, the International Forum of Olympic Education and Teacher Training Session in the Olympic Movement was held at Beijing Sport University. | The first Forum of Value Engineering and Development of China’s Sport Industry was held on May 12, 2006 at Beijing Sport University in conjunction with Beijing Society of Value Engineering. It’s the first cooperation between value engineering and sport industry in China. In the society in which saving energy is vigorously advocated, the science of value engineering will shed light on the development of the resources-saving sport industry. |

| The 2004 Annual Session of Asia Association for Sport Management, co-held by the College and Asia Association for Sport Management (AASM), was held from October 28 to 31, 2004 at Beijing Sport University. It was the first AASM conference in sport management held in China and the largest-scaled conference in the field of scientific research on sport management. |
